Headline Status

This shows at a glance whether there's any warning or reported by any of the modules.

Issues Summary

This panel shows how many and Warnings have been detected.

Operations

This panel shows how many of your Homes are up to date with no issues (green), overdue (amber) or have s in their latest report (red).

Training

This panel shows how many of your staff have mandatory training requirements that are met (green), expiring in the next month (amber) or have expired (red).

The Home Detail panel shows an overview of the status of each group you can manage.

How to read a Home panel

Each Home panel will show one or more blocks, depending on the roles you have been assigned with that Home.

Each block shows the current status of an area within the Home. When the block is coloured green, there are no issues. When the block is amber there are warnings of Problems that may arise. When the block is red there are issues.

Each block has a button that will show you the details.

What blocks are available and what do they mean?

Weekly Operations Report

This block shows the status of your current Weekly Operations Report. Amber indicates that the report is overdue. Red indicates that the report contains information that you should be addressing.

Training Status

This block shows you the status of the group's staff training. Amber indicates that one or more staff have training that will expire soon. Red indicates one or more staff training courses have expired.

Staff

This block shows your current staff level. Amber indicates that you have not yet added any staff or that some staff have yet to complete their induction course. Red indicates that one or more staff members have yet to start their induction course.

Residents

This block shows your current occupancy level. Amber indicates that you have not yet added any residents.

The Owner Control Panel allows you to configure Organisation-wide settings like users, groups, roles and courses.

To add, remove or change users

Click Manage Users.

To add, remove or change groups

Click Manage Groups

To view and change the group roles assigned to users

Click Manage Group Roles

To view and change the roles staff have in relation to training courses

Click Manage Staff Roles

To view and change the courses available in the training matrix and manage the roles they require
